- We schedule a free consultation for you to meet with our attorney to discuss your goals, gather your information and agree on the services that will best meet your needs and desires.
- You will receive drafts of your document through a secure connection electronically. At this stage, we ask that you confirm the accuracy of all information and ensure everything aligns with your plans.
- The final step is to meet one more time with our attorney to sign and notarize the documents. Once all documents are finalized, we provide further advice on how to store, organize and protect them.
