Free Initial Consultation

We schedule a free consultation for you to meet with our attorney, Matthew D. Scott. At this meeting, Matthew will get to know you and discuss your goals for your estate plan. He will review your information on our Estate Planning Questionnaire and recommend the services that will best meet your needs and desires.

Drafting And Reviewing Estate Planning Documents

After Matthew drafts your will and other documents, he will send copies to you through a secure electronic connection that ensures only you will have access. At this stage, we ask that you confirm the accuracy of all information and ensure everything aligns with your plans. Let us know if any changes need to be made and we will take care of them.

Executing The Documents

The final step is to meet with our attorney one more time to sign and notarize the documents. Once all documents are finalized, we provide further advice on how to store, organize, and protect them so they will be safe and accessible to your executor when the time comes.
