Our law office is in Downtown Marietta on 4th Street between Scammel Street and Putnam Street, just a block southwest from Mound Cemetery and easily accessed via the Ohio River Scenic Byway. We are in the historic, two-story green brick building. Our sign is visible from the street.

As one of the oldest settlements of the Northwest Territory, Marietta is steeped in history. Built in 1853, our building is a big part of that history. Thinking Ahead: What To Bring To Your First Appointment
Rest assured, we will let you know if there is anything specific we need you to bring to the appointment. However, it never hurts to think ahead and start organizing your legal and financial documents, if you have not done so already. Depending on the nature of your estate law matter, documents such as bank statements, investment account statements, real estate deeds and similar may be necessary. If there is already a will, trust or other legal mechanism in place, those documents will be required as well.
Your first meeting is a good opportunity for us to gather information about you and your goals, but it is also a chance for you to ask us questions. Feel free to bring a notebook or have the notepad app on your phone loaded with questions for us, and be prepared to take notes if you would like.
